This patient sought treatment to address age-related volume loss in the perioral region and to restore definition to their lips. Their primary motivation centered on achieving a natural, refreshed appearance without surgery. The patient had experienced gradual changes around her mouth over time, noticing less fullness and diminishing lip borders, which influenced her decision to explore noninvasive options.
During her visit, the patient underwent dermal fillers in both the lips and the surrounding perioral area. The technique aimed to gently enhance lip contour and replenish lost volume around the mouth and cupid's bow. Results became visible almost immediately, with improved lip definition and a more balanced appearance surrounding the mouth.
These before/after photos demonstrate how targeted filler placement can refine lip shape and restore youthful contours to the lower face.
