G: Growth factors. These are found in our TNS Recovery Complex and other TNS products. It contains over 110 human growth factors which stimulate collagen and skin cell renewal faster than we deplete it. This helps minimize the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and improve the overall skin tone and texture.
R: Retinoids. These are found in our prescription strength Tretinoin (generic Retin A) and Refissa. These can penetrate into the dermal level and repair collagen over time, which will also help with overall skin texture and diminish the appearance of the fine lines and wrinkles as well as help lighten some hyperpigmentation.
A: Antioxidants. These help protect our skin from the free radicals (environmental stresses) and visible signs of aging. Even the best sunscreens cannot completely protect our skin from these, therefore, we recommend a topical antioxidant to increase the protection and skin health. S: Sunscreens. This is the number ONE antiaging product to help prevent and protect from further sun damage. Studies have shown we should wear an SPF 30 or higher every morning and reapply every 80-90 minutes when we are outside. We love our Colorescience Sunforgettable brush SPF 30 or 50, which is our mineral based sunscreen with instant protection.
S: Specialty serums/creams. These are the products that address specific skin conditions or areas of concern. Such concerns would be redness, hyperpigmentation (brown patches), etc. Our Obagi line has products with hydroquinone to lighten any areas of brown.
