Microblading is a form of tattooing in semi-permanent makeup that has a variety of other names such as embroidery, micro stroking, feathering, etc. Microblading is done with a handheld blade, with 7+ needles, making hair-like strokes in the eyebrows giving them a more fuller, natural look. With each stroke, in the top layer of the skin (epidermis), we are applying pigment to the eyebrow which gives them the color. Microblading does require maintenance every 6 months to a year. Without upkeep the pigment it will eventually fade within 1-3 years. The microblading procedure takes approximately 3 hours.
